Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlabAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. AlabAI is operated by AlabAI Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Alab AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for AI-assisted social media management and website creation. The platform helps teams collect approved business context, generate and review content, schedule or publish posts, analyze performance, manage draft ads, and generate website drafts from brand sources.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business context, connected channel data, uploaded files, generated drafts, websites, and media you upload or create in the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, AlabAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
